Medical Science and the Questions of Justice

This last week of Black History Month, Paul Farmer died, and we interviewed Akaninyene Ruffin. Science matters to Justice.

Science matters in questions of justice in our fallen world. This is particularly true in the the medical sciences.

Last week, Paul Farmer died at age 62. A physician and a medical anthropologist, he has done so much to advance global health in the far reaches of the world, from Haiti to Rwanda and more. Farmer is an example for us all.

We interviewed Akaninyene Ruffin, a health practitioner, who sees the connection between Science and Justice too.

These questions, also, bring us to theology. Aaron Ducksworth invites us to truthfully read Martin Luther King Jr.
